RFK/4- RFK/4- SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS
MACHINE STATUS: off, with the main switch in the “0” position and locked and compressed air cut-off
valve closed and locked.
OPERATORS: 1 assigned operator.
RFK/4.1- RFK/4.1- UNIT EXCLUSION UNIT EXCLUSION
To excluded the chamfering unit from the work line, proceed as follows:
A) Version with manual exclusion
• Manually move upwards the upper carriage (FIG.7-REF.1) .
• Place the lever (FIG.7-REF.2) under the nut (FIG.7-REF.3) .
• Manually move downwards the lower carriage (FIG.7-REF.4) .
• Rotate the lever (FIG.7-REF.5) over the lower carriage.
B) Version with pneumatic exclusion and standard control panel
Use the selector switch placed on the electric control panel
C) Version with pneumatic exclusion and control panel with graphic terminal
Exclusion of the unit is automatically determined by selection of the work programme. ( s. chap.7 ).
RFK/4.2- ADJUSTMENT OF EXCESS EDGING REMOVAL RFK/4.2- ADJUSTMENT OF EXCESS EDGING REMOVAL
To adjust the amount of material removed by the tools, proceed as follows:
• Use the hand wheel (FIG.8-REF.1) to adjust the amount of material removed from the upper part of
the edging. The indicator (FIG.8-REF.2) is the reference point for the movement.
• Use the hand wheel (FIG.8-REF.3) to adjust the amount of material removed from the lower part of
the edging. The indicator (FIG.8-REF.4) is the reference point for the movement.
