V10/7.1- MECHANICAL INTERVENTION V10/7.1- MECHANICAL INTERVENTION
MACHINE STATUS: off, with the main switch in the “0” position and locked and compressed air cut-off
valve closed and locked.
OPERATORS: 1 maintenance mechanic.
V10/7.1.1- V10/7.1.1- GLUE SPREADING ROLLER PARALLELISM ADJUSTMENT
THIS ADJUSTMENT TAKES PLACE DURING THE TESTING PHASE OF THE MACHINE AND IS
NOT TO BE REPEATEDLY ADJUSTED.
Uneven spreading of glue between the upper and lower side of the edging may be caused by the non
parallelism of the glue spreading roller with respect to the side of the panel.
For its adjustment proceed as follows:
• Use the screws
(FIG.14-REF.1) according to the corrections to be done.
• Check the glue spreading on sides by using a 40 mm high panel, avoiding edging application. If
necessary, repeat the adjustment procedure.

THIS ADJUSTMENT TAKES PLACE DURING THE TESTING PHASE OF THE MACHINE AND IS
NOT TO BE REPEATEDLY ADJUSTED.
The non-central position of the edge with respect to the panel may be caused by the 1st pressure roller
not being parallel with respect to the side of the panel.
To adjust, proceed as follows:
• It might be useful to confi rm the side to be corrected, positioning a precision level on the 1st pressure
roller (FIG.15-REF.1) .
• Loosen the screws (FIG.15-REF.2) .
• Use the grub screws (FIG.15-REF.3) to adjust the parallelism with respect to the panel edge.
• Block the screws (FIG.15-REF.2) .
