Gluing unit door (FIG.3-REF.1)
This is fi tted with a micro-switch.
If this is opened during the machine’s normal cycle all dangerous movements are stopped immediately.
The machine stays connected to the power supply.
•
Finishing section door (FIG.3-REF.2)
It is equipped with safety microswitch and locking device.
It is not possible to open the door before the pre-set time after a stop control has passed. This time
has been calculated to give the frequency converter time to stop the motors.
In case of accidental loss of power, it is possible to by-pass the locking device by acting on the screw
(

) by means of a screwdriver.
NEUTRALIZING THE DEVICE LOCKING THE CABIN DOOR WHEN CLOSED IS TO BE
EXECUTED:
• WHEN THE MACHINE IS NOT ELECTRICALLY SUPPLIED (MAIN SWITCH - SEE PAR. 6.1.1-
IN POSITION “0”).
• EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY.
ANY OTHER MOVING GUARDS FOR THE INDIVIDUAL WORK UNITS ARE GIVEN IN THE
RELATIVE USER’S INSTRUCTIONS.

Controls the arrest of the feed track if the working pressure goes below the set level.
