MACHINE STATUS: off, with the main switch in the “0” position and locked and compressed air cut-off
valve closed and locked.
OPERATORS: 1 assigned operator.
V10/4.3.1- V10/4.3.1- COILED EDGING SET-UP
A) General set-up
• Through the selector switch placed on the electric control panel, select “coiled edging” (thin or
thick) (only for the version with control panel and standard control) (s. chap.6) .
• Remove the extension of the edge pusher (FIG.18-REF.2) .
• Check whether the device that adjusts the number of revolutions of the drive roller for feeding edgings
(FIG.9-REF.2) is placed with the hand wheel (FIG.9-REF.3) turned downwards.
B) Vertical adjustment of the edging guide
Adjustments to be made in function of the edging height.
Proceed as follows:
• Loosen the return lever
(FIG.9-REF.4) .
• Distance the upper guide (FIG.9-REF.5) ~ 1 mm from the edge.
• Block the return lever (FIG.9-REF.4) .
• Loosen the hand wheel (FIG.9-REF.6) .
• Distance the upper guide (FIG.18-REF.6) ~ 1 mm from the edge.
• Block the hand wheel ( FIG.9-REF.6) .
