RA1/2.2- ADJUSTMENT AND SIGNALLING DEVICES
The following devices for adjusting and signalling are located on work unit:
A) Lower semi-unit
•
Vertical screw (FIG.8-REF.1)
Adjusts the vertical position of the lower vertical track feeler with respect to the tool.
•
Horizontal screw (FIG.8-REF.2)
Adjusts the horizontal position of the lower front track feeler with respect to the tool.
•
Revolver screws (FIG.8-REF.3 and 4)
Adjust the horizontal position of the lower semi-unit with respect to the panel (in function of the edging
thickness).
•
Screw (FIG.8-REF.5)
Adjusts the vertical position of the lower semi-unit with respect to the panel .
•
Nut (FIG.8-REF.6)
Adjusts the force by which the lower semi-unit goes vertically resting onto the panel (working pressure
for the vertical track feeling of the lower semi-unit).
B) Upper semi-unit
•
Vertical screw (FIG.9-REF.1)
Adjusts the vertical position of the upper vertical track feeler with respect to the tool
•
Horizontal screw (FIG.9-REF.2)
Adjusts the horizontal position of the upper front track feeler with respect to the tool.
•
Revolver screws (FIG.9-REF.3 and 4)
Adjust the horizontal position of the upper semi-unit with respect to the panel (in function of the edging
thickness).
•
Screw (FIG.9-REF.5)
Adjusts the vertical position of the upper semi-unit with respect to the panel .
•
Nut (FIG.9-REF.6)
Adjusts the force by which the upper semi-unit goes vertically resting onto the panel (working pressure
for the vertical track feeling of the upper semi-unit).
•
Pressure regulator (FIG.10-REF.1) and gauge (FIG.10-REF.2)
Regulate the force by which the lower and upper semi-units go frontally resting onto the edging
(horizontal track feeling of the semi-units). (Exercise pressure: 2 ÷ 2,5 bar).
•
Jacket valve (FIG.10-REF.3)
Allows the pressure cutting off or restoring to the lock cylinders of the tool holder devices
