• Pressure regulator (FIG.15-REF.1) and pressure gauge (FIG.15-REF.2)
Adjust the horizontal track feeling pressure of the upper motor kit. (Operating pressure: 2 ÷ 2,5 bar).
• Pressure regulator (FIG.15-REF.3) and pressure gauge (FIG.15-REF.4)
Adjust the vertical track feeling pressure of the upper motor kit (trimming only). (Operating pressure:
2,5 ÷ 3 bar).
• Pressure regulator (FIG.15-REF.5) and pressure gauge (FIG.15-REF.6)
Adjust the operating pressure of the cylinder determining the intervention of the upper motor kit for the
machining on the panel tail and for the trimming (if coupled with the rounding). (Operating pressure:
2 ÷ 2.5 bar).
• Pressure regulator (FIG.15-REF.7) and pressure gauge (FIG.15-REF.8)
Adjust the operating pressure of the cylinder determining the intervention of the upper motor kit for
the machining on the panel head. (Operating pressure: 0,1 ÷ 0,5 bar).
• Pressure regulator (FIG.15-REF.9) and pressure gauge (FIG.15-REF.10)
Adjust the horizontal track feeling pressure of the lower motor kit. (Operating pressure: 2 ÷ 2,5 bar).
• Pressure regulator (FIG.15-REF.11) and pressure gauge (FIG.15-REF.12)
Adjust the vertical track feeling pressure of the lower motor kit (trimming only). (Operating pressure:
5,5 ÷ 6 bar).
• Pressure regulator (FIG.15-REF.13) and pressure gauge (FIG.15-REF.14)
Adjust the operating pressure of the cylinder determining the intervention of the lower motor kit for the
machining on the panel tail and for the trimming (if coupled with the rounding). (Operating pressure:
2,5 ÷ 3 bar).
• Pressure regulator (FIG.15-REF.15) and pressure gauge (FIG.15-REF.16)
Adjust the operating pressure of the cylinder determining the intervention of the lower motor kit for the
machining on the panel head. (Operating pressure: 3,5 ÷ 4 bar).
OPERATING PRESSURES ARE ADJUSTED DURING MACHINE TESTING PHASE. OPERATING PRESSURES ARE ADJUSTED DURING MACHINE TESTING PHASE.
