Spring for vertical track feeling of the lower semi-unit (FIG.4-REF.1)
Keeps the lower vertical track feeler in contact with the panel to be machined.

Spring for vertical track feeling of the upper semi-unit(FIG.4-REF.2)
Keeps the lower vertical track feeler in contact with the panel to be machined.
•
Stop revolvers of the lower FIG.4-REF.3)
and upper semi-unit (FIG.4-REF.4)
Defi ne the tool and track feeler machining position. By rotating the revolvers, a different tool and
horizontal track feeler position is defi ned. They allow the use of tool holder devices (adjusted
according to the different edge thicknesses). Every revolver position is numbered.

Blower (FIG.4-REF.5)
Cleans the upper panel surface from eventual chips of a previous machining.
•
Suction hoods (FIG.4-REF.6 and 7)
Channel the waste to the collection tray
(FIG.5)

Chip breaker blade (FIG.6-REF.1 and 2)
Breaks the chips at the end of the panel.
•
Pneumatic panel
(FIG.7).
Contains the pneumatic components and pneumatic adjustment and signalling devices.
The upper semi-unit is connected to the presser in order to auto-adjust according to panel thickness
variations.
