This is the most important part of the machine. Makes it in contact and glues the edge (FIG.1-REF.1)
to the panel (FIG.1-REF.2), using thermo-fusible glue. Edges can be glued only to straight panels.
• Horizontal single coil magazine (FIG.2-REF.1)
Allows the loading of coils with a maximum diameter of 800 mm
• Magazine table (FIG.2-REF.2)
The angle at which the edging meets the panel is 20°.
• Drive roller for feeding edging (FIG.2-REF.3)
Its rotation is activated by a pneumatic cylinder.
• Edge-pusher cylinder (FIG.2-REF.4)
• Glue tank (FIG.2-REF.5)
It is equipped with a manual exclusion device.
• Glue spreading roller control engine (FIG.2-REF.6)
It is a 1-speed asynchronous motor.
• Glue spreading roller (FIG.2-REF.7)
Equipped with a device for adjusting the quantity of glue applied.
• Horizontal guillotine-type shears (FIG.2-REF.8)
Cut the edging in coils. Pneumatically operated.
• Pressure roller set
It is composed of a fi rst roller that is automatically activated (FIG.2-REF.9) and of an idle roller (FIG.2-
REF.10) .
• Temperature control devices
Placed in proximity to the glue spreading roller.
