THE ASSIGNED OPERATORS AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL MUST OCCUPY THE WORK
STATIONS INDICATED IN FIG. 1 AND ONLY PERFORM OPERATIONS FOR WHICH THEY ARE
SPECIFICALLY SKILLED AND QUALIFIED (S. PAR.1.3).
THE ASSIGNED OPERATORS AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ARE FORBIDDEN TO
LEAVE THE MACHINE UNSUPERVISED WHILE IN OPERATION AND DURING MAINTENANCE
OPERATIONS.

A
Standing, in the loading zone and in front of the
command and control panel to manually load
the panels to be machined, in order to input any
operating parameters for the use of the machine
(s.
chap. 6 and 7)
.
To carry out maintenance (in
function of their skill and qualifi ca-
tion) requested by the company
health and safety offi cer.
B
Standing, at the back of the machine in the unloading
zone to manually unload the machined panels.
C
Standing, at the front of the machine to load edging
either in coils or in strips.
D
Standing, at the front of the machine in front of the
gluing unit, to load the glue.
E
Standing, at the front of the machine in front of the
sound-proof booth, to visually check the machining
and the work units.
F-G
No assigned operator is present.
In case of dangerous conditions, the assigned operators and maintenance personnel
must enable the closest emergency stop devices
(s. par.9.2.2).
