5.5- RESIDUAL RISKS OF THE WORK UNITS WITH TOOLS
In designing and constructing the work units, the Manufacturer has implemented all of the necessary
measures for making them safe. However, in order to maintain work unit functionality, several potential
residual risks may continue to exist.
RESIDUAL RISK

Inhalation of wood dust produced during machining.
DAMAGE ENTITY
Slight (normally reversible) or serious (normally irreversible) injuries.
EXPOSURE
In case the operator intentionally performs an improprer prohibited
action:
• Performing machining with the extraction systems stopped.
• Using compressed air to remove dust and shavings from the machine
and surrounding areas.
PROBABILITY
Low.
STAGES IN WHICH RISK
IS PRESENT
• During the machining (with extraction system stopped)
• During the removal of dust and shavings from the machine and
surrounding areas.
MEASURES
IMPLEMENTED
Specifi c warnings included in this Instruction Manual.
PROTECTIVE

Use of Personal Protection Equippment (
