During machining, the unit is protected by the sound-proof cabin (FIG.6-REF.1) .
The sound-proof cabin is connected to a device preventing the opening of the same before a precise
period of time has passed since the stop control has occurred.
If the cabin is open, the unit won’t work.

In designing and constructing the machining unit, the Manufacturer has implemented all of the
necessary measures for making it safe. However, in order to maintain machining unit functionality,
several potential residual risks may continue to exist.
RESIDUAL RISK

Clamping and dragging, crushing, pinching, shearing and cutting if the
hands are inserted between the moving parts.
FREQUENCY OF
EXPOSURE
Low and accidental. There may be exposure should the operator decide to
voluntarily perform an incorrect, prohibited and not reasonably predictable
action.

OF DAMAGE
Slight (normally reversible) or serious (normally irreversible) injuries.
MEASURES
IMPLEMENTED Fixed guards that limit the access.
