MACHINE STATUS:

and/or when necessary during maintenance operations, clean the inside of
the electric panel

• GAS SPRING INSPECTION
MACHINE STATUS:

OPERATORS:
1 maintenance mechanic.
Every 1000 hours (6 months)
visual inspect the gas springs supporting the doors of the sound proof
cabin

IN CASE GAS SPRING DAMAGE OCCURS, IT IS MANDATORY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY
SAFETY PERSONNEL IN CHARGE WHO WILL TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS.
GAS SPRINGS ARE PARTS THAT AFFECT THE SAFETY AND HEALTH OF THE OPERATOR.
REPLACEMENT OF THE GAS SPRINGS:
• MUST BE PERFORMED USING ONLY ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS SUPPLIED BY THE
MANUFACTURER (S. PAR. 2.1).
• IT MUST BE PERFORMED BY THE MANUFACTURER’S TECHNICIANS (S. PAR. 1.3).
THE GAS SPRINGS CODES ARE LISTED IN THE CATALOGUE OF SPARE PARTS (S. CAP.
13).
