The anti-adhesive unit anti-adhesive unit AAR sprays the liquid Riepe-LPZ/II ® over the upper and lower surface of the
panel (s. FIG.1) . On the areas covered with this liquid, the adhesion of the glue will be prevented during
the next phase of edging gluing.
The unit may also be placed after the gluing unit. In this case, it has the function of helping the removal
of the glue.
Depending on the type of machine, the unit can be supplied either in fi xed version
(s. FIG.2) or in
adjustable version, according to the panel protrusion (s. FIG.3) .
It consists of the following main parts:
•
Upper nozzle (FIG.4-REF.1)
It operates on the upper surface of the panel. It is connected to the presser so that it adjusts itself
upon the variation of the panel thickness.
• Lower nozzle (FIG.4-REF.2)
It operates on the lower surface of the panel.
• Upper nozzle liquid tank (FIG.4-REF.3).
• Lower nozzle liquid tank (FIG.4-REF.4).
• Solenoid valve (FIG.4-REF.5)
It controls the sprays so that they occur only when the panel is present.
