2.11- WORK PHASES
The work phases, which conform to the purpose for which the machine has been designed and
constructed (
s. par.2.9)
, are listed below:

Manual loading of the panel to be machined.

Feeding of the panel between the feed track and the presser.

Any preparation of the panel for the successive edge gluing phase.

Edge gluing.

Machining of glued edging and panel Þ nishing.

Manual unloading of the machined panel.
2.12- 2.12- PRODUCTS USED FOR MACHINING
IT IS COMPULSORY TO USE ONLY THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED BELOW.
THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PEOPLE,
ANIMALS OR THINGS CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE AND/OR THE USE OF PRODUCTS
OTHER THAN THOSE DESCRIBED.
The following products are used for machining:
Straight panels in chipboard, MDF and honeycomb wood.
Edging in paper, melamine, ABS, PVC, various wood veneers and solid wood.
Hot-melt glue (“EVA based” - standard - or polyurethane - optional -).
Lquid Riepe-LPZ/II
® , sprayed by the anti-adhesive unit AAR.
Multi-function liquid for SFB Þ ne Þ nishing unit.
IT IS COMPULSORY TO USE ONLY PANELS AND EDGINGS FREE OF FOREIGN BODIES
(NAILS, STONES, METAL PARTS, ETC.) WHICH CAN NOT ONLY DAMAGE THE MACHINE
PARTS, BUT ALSO GENERATE SPARKS (BY COMING INTO CONTACT WITH THE WORK
UNIT TOOLS) WHICH MAY ENTER THE EXTRACTION SYSTEM AND CAUSE FIRES AND/OR
EXPLOSIONS.
BEFORE USING THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PRODUCTS, THE OPERATOR MUST READ AND
UNDERSTAND ANY SAFETY DATA SHEETS SUPPLIED BY THE RELATIVE MANUFACTURERS,
SUPPLIERS OR DEALERS (S. PAR.5.8).
