4.1- INSTALLATION PROJECT DATA
INSTALLATION PROJECT DATA
The manufacturer, prior to the delivery of the machine, notifi es to the Customer any project data
relevant to the proper installation of the machine and specifi es any applicable construction require-
ments (foundation, electrical and pneumatic connections, exhausts system, etc.).
It is the responsibility of the Customer to perform all that is necessary in compliance with contractual
agreements.
THE MACHINE MUST BE INSTALLED AND USED IN AN OPERATING ENVIRONMENT THAT
IS:
• COVERED,
• CLOSED,
• ADEQUATELY LIGHTED,
• WHICH MEETS THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS GIVEN IN PAR.2.8,
• WHICH MEETS THE PRESCRIPTIONS OF THE LAWS AND STANDARDS IN FORCE IN THE
COUNTRY WHERE THE MACHINE WILL BE USED.
THE MACHINE MUST REST ON A SOLID, LEVEL SURFACE OF SUFFICIENT CAPACITY TO
SUPPORT ITS WEIGHT (S. MACHINE NAME PLATE - PAR.2.3.2) AND OVERALL DIMENSIONS
(S. PAR.2.4).
FLATNESS TOLERANCE OF THE MACHINE SUPPORT SURFACE IS 10 mm. THE USE OF
SPACERS OF ANY KIND IN ORDER TO LEVEL AN UNEVEN SUPPORTING SURFACE IS
FORBIDDEN.
THE POSITION OF THE MACHINE MUST GUARANTEE EASY, SAFE ACCESS TO THE
ASSIGNED OPERATORS AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL.
ON THE LOADING AND UNLOADING SIDES OF THE MACHINE LEAVE A MINIMUM SPACE
EQUAL TO MAXIMUN LENGHT OF THE PANELS TO BE MA 500 mm (S. FIG.1).
ON THE BACK SIDE LEAVE A MINIMUM SPACE EQUAL TO MAXIMUM WIDTH OF THE
PANELS TO BE MA 500 mm (S. FIG.1).
ON THE FRONT SIDE LEAVE A MINIMUM SPACE OF 1500 mm.
RESPECT THE SAFETY ZONES OF ANY NEIGHBOURING MACHINES.
