ADJUSTMENT
1 Unit positioning
The unit can be angled horizontally:
•
Loosen screws (1), turn the unit manually and
tighten the screws again.

2 Tool height adjustment
•
To adjust the
lower buffer turn knob (3).
•
To adjust the
upper buffer turn knob (4).
3 Adjusting belt tension
•
Loosen screw (5) on the top motor and remove it.
•
Lock the motor shaft by inserting a pin in hole (6).
•
Undo the fixing screw (7 fig. 2) and remove the
buffer.
•
Remove the cover (8 fig. 2) in order to check the
correct belt tension.
•
Loosen nut (9) and adjust the tension by means of
screw (10).
•
Lock the nut (9) again, refit the cover and buffer.
REGULACIÓN
1 Colocación del grupo
El grupo puede estar inclinado sobre el plano horizontal:
•
Aflojar los tornillos (1), girar manualmente el grupo
y bloquear los tornillos.

2 Regulación altura herramientas
•
Para regular el cepillo inferior girar la manija (3).
•
Para regular el cepillo superior girar la manija(4).
3 Regulación tensión correa
•
Aflojar el tornillo (5) del motor superior y
desmontarlo.
•
Bloquear el eje del motor colocando un perno en el
orificio (6).
•
Destornillar el tornillo de fijación (7 fig. 2) y
desmontar el cepillo.
•
Desmontar el cárter (8 fig. 2) para controlar la
tensión de la correa.
•
Aflojar la tuerca (9) y regular el tensado con el
tornillo (10).
•
Volver a bloquear la tuerca (9), volver a montar el
cárter y el cepillo.
