BEFORE PERFORMING ANY TYPE OF ORDINARY MAINTENANCE, THE GENERAL
WARNINGS GIVEN IN PAR.10.1 MUST BE READ.
MACHINE STATE:
OFF, with the main ON/OFF switch padlocked in the ”0“ position and the compressed
air cut-off valve closed and padlocked.
OPERATORS:
1 assigned operator.

Every 8 work hours
and whenever else it is necessary, remove dust and shavings from the unit using
a vacuum cleaner with a suitably shaped nozzle.
Pay special attention to the extraction hoods and to the motor cooling zone.
RIP/5.2- LUBRICATING THE SLIDE GUIDES
RIP/5.2- LUBRICATING THE SLIDE GUIDES
Every 160 work hours
of operation and when visual inspection indicates the need to clean the slide
guides
(FIG.28-REF.1)
using a soft cloth; lubricate with AGIP GR MU EP 1 grease (or equivalent).

ONLY USE OIL AND GREASE RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER (OR EQUIVALENT
IF SPECIFIED).
THE USE, TOPPING UP, RECOVERY AND EJECTION OF OIL AND GREASE USED IN
MAINTENANCE, MUST BE CARRIED OUT IN COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS IN FORCE
FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
