Command Reference
TM
The TM command specifies how events are effective for the following actions:
•
Releasing the E5260/E5270 from the paused status set by the PA or PAX
command
•
Starting the measurement except for high speed spot measurement (when the
E5260/E5270 is not in the paused status set by the PA, PAX, WS, or WSX
command)

Remarks
In the TM3 event mode, if the E5260/E5270 is not in the wait status set by the PA,
PAX, WS, or WSX command, the E5260/E5270 can start the measurement by an
external trigger input. After measurement, the E5260/E5270 sends a trigger to a
trigger output terminal. In the initial setting, you can use the Ext Trig In and Out
terminals. To use the digital I/O port, enter the TGP command to set the trigger input
or output terminal.
To set the trigger logic (initial value: negative), send the TGP command for the
trigger input terminal.
