To Force Voltage/Current
The E5260/E5270 provides the following commands to enable the voltage/current
output. For the commands available for each measurement mode, see
where, the PT command is used to set the timing parameters of the pulsed bias
source or pulsed sweep source.
Command
Description
DV, TDV
Forces the constant voltage immediately.
DI, TDI
Forces the constant current immediately.
WV
Sets the staircase sweep voltage source.
WSV
Sets the synchronous sweep voltage source.
WI
Sets the staircase sweep current source.
WSI
Sets the synchronous sweep current source.
PV / PT
Sets the pulsed voltage source.
PI / PT
Sets the pulsed current source.
