test condition setting at maximum value acquisition, judgement result)in mem-
ory.

Saves automatic measurement results.
Error
An execution error occurs in the following cases:
• When the measurement mode is not selected
• When a mode other than "leakage current mode" is set
• In automatic measurement
• When there is not enough memory space
• When there is not enough memory space
• When the equipment name and control number are the same as those of
saved data, but the network, grounding class, and applied part differ
• When there is no data
• In manual measurement
Note
• Use this command after executing the
:MODE
command to activate the mea-
surement mode.
• After automatic measurement, save data before starting the next automatic
measurement.
