Error An execution error occurs in the following cases :
• When the measurement method is set to "manual measurement"
• When the measurement mode is not selected
• Before the start of automatic measurement
• When automatic measurements end in an error

• Use this command after executing the
:MODE
command to activate the mea-
surement mode.
• Execute this command after confirming the completion of automatic measure-
ment (
:AMC?
command). If the command is executed during automatic
measurement, correct measurement results cannot be obtained.
