An execution error occurs in the following cases :
• When the measurement mode is not selected
• When a mode other than "leakage current mode" is set
• In automatic measurement(Command)
• When currency range is set to auto range and frequency range is set from 0.1
Hz.
Specific manual measurement: Sets and queries the application of 110% of
rated voltage(only ST5540)
