Console Uncrating and Placement
CAUTION
Ensure pH sensor is installed into respective tank before tank
is filled with cleaning liquid. (Only apply if pH Monitoring
feature is purchased).
Refer Appendix section
for
instructions.
Note
: Ensure pH sensor surface always in wet contact to
avoid sensor defects.
CAUTION
Advisable to use
Stainless
Steel Stud Anchor bolt
with
¾”
diameter
,
length of 4¼”
and
pull-out strength is 2200lbs
for
anchoring this machine.
The consoles should be carefully uncrated and inspected for damage. Follow
your facility’s standard procedures for making notification if any shipping
damage is found.
Locate the system in an appropriate place that allows adequate flow of cooling
air. Level as required with shims if the length of the levelers provided is not
enough. Permanent anchoring of the system is generally
NOT
required, unless
otherwise noted by local codes (i.e. high risk earthquake zones).
Nevertheless, machine is equipped with four bolt down point which can be
found surrounding of the machine for anchorage purpose. When machine has
arrived at final location for operation, install anchorage according to following
guideline:
i.
Drill hole in the base/floor with a hammer drill.
ii.
Clean out the hole of all debris.
iii.
Insert the anchor into the hole, threaded cone first.
