Manual Timed Fill Setting (sec)
- This is DI water filling time setting
during Manual Mode operation. Fill solenoid valve turns on when
[Fill] button is pressed in Manual Function screen. The fill solenoid
valve will turn off automatically when this fill time is complete.

Recirculation Flowrate (GPM):
Real time displays incoming flow rate (GPM).
Set low flow alarm limit set point.
Alarm message “LOW
FLOWRATE ALARM” will prompt when flow rate is lower than
this set point.

Typical Components Mechanical Life Monitor
- Displays cycle count
of each individual
valve
,
pneumatic solenoid
and
contactor
of each
station. Upon cycle time count reaching its expiry limit, a message will
be prompted in the Machine Runtime Message bar to trigger user to
replace contactor as a preventive measure. The cycle count limit is
configured in Machine Setting screen accessible by Administrator only.
Press [Reset] button to reset the cycle count upon changing a new
components.
