Problem
Possible Causes
Corrections
Liquid Low
Level
Tank liquid level is lower than low
liquid level switch.
Check liquid level at the affected we
tanks. Sonic, pump, heater will not be
functioning during low liquid level.
Re-fill liquid into the tank.
Over-temp
Tank is over-heated.
Check heater condition. Reset over-
temperature thermostat by pressing
thermostat red reset button (Not
applicable to dryer tank).
Check temperature control setting.
Low
Temperature
Tank temperature has dropped
below low temperature limit set
point.
Check the temperature at the affected
station. Confirm temperature accuracy
with an external temperature meter.
Make sure the temperature setting is
correct.
Check heater condition.
High
Temperature
Tank temperature has reached high
temperature limit set point.
Check the temperature at the affected
station. Confirm temperature accuracy
with an external temperature meter.
Make sure the temperature setting is
correct.
Check heater condition.
RTD
Probe/Channel
Error
Station’s RTD probe failed or PLC’s
RTD module failed
Check the RTD wire connection. Make
sure it is not disconnected.
Check PLC’s RTD module condition.
Liquid Leak
Liquid leak at the plumbing area of
wet tank.
When liquid leak is detected, alarm
prompt and Auto mode cleaning
cycle will be aborted.
Check plumbing/piping area to look
for any leakage. Fix the leakage. Wipe
and dry the area around the sensor.
Check leak sensor conditions.
Upon fixing the leakage, clean and dry
the leak sensor.
GEN Low
Power
Ultrasonic generator power output is
low.
Check all ultrasonic generators are
turned ON and no MCB trip.
Run sonic in Manual mode and
measure voltage at PLC output and
feedback voltage at PLC input. Contact
Crest if problem persist
