CAUTION
Do not use abrasive cleanser, which may damage the tank
surface. Always exercise care not to scratch, dent, or gouge
tanks surfaces.
NOTE
Record down absolute pressure gauge reading when the
machine is used for the first time or after filter replacement.
NOTE
Filter replacement requirements are strongly dependent upon
process specifications and significance may vary from one
process to another. A history or operational characteristic
should be kept and evaluated to determine frequency of
replacement.

Clean, Drain and Fill

Step
Description

Clean tanks bottoms whenever cleaning liquid is are drained from the
tanks. Remove foreign objects.
This is necessary to minimize the possibility of small object becoming
lodged in a drain line and cause a services problem.

Inspect tanks walls for accumulation of chemical debris or other
contaminants. If tanks wall require cleansing, clean room wipes or the
equivalent are recommended.
