Auto Screen
Enter Auto Screen to select desired process recipe and view the process status
of the respective station.
This screen also displays cleaning process remaining time, present tank
temperature (PV), temperature set point (SP) and total ultrasonic generators
output power (W).
Note
: Total Sonic Power (W) is an optional item. It depends on type of
ultrasonic generator purchased by customer.

[SYSTEM ON] button – Press to go to Console Power screen to turn
ON system.

[RESET] button – Press to reset activated/triggered alarm.

LOCAL or REMOTE mode – Indicate system is in Local or Remote
mode.
Local –system is operating without the use of automated material
handler – RIGIBOT.
Remote – system is operating with the use of automated material
handler – RIGIBOT.

[Auto] or [Manual] button – Press this button to switch system mode to
Manual
or
Auto
mode.

[PROCESS DATA MONITOR] – Press to go to Process Data Monitor
screen which displays ultrasonic generator, conductivity, pH,
recirculation flowrate and brix current reading.
