Scope of Users

There are four (4) access levels for this system – Operator,
Technician/Maintenance, Engineer and Administrator. Each user levels require
different training to perform their task.
Operator
– Operator has to train on safety, machine operation and
understanding alarm messages. They are required to load and unload
baskets, select a recipe number from touch screen and inspect parts after
ultrasonic cleaning.
Maintenance
– Maintenance or technician requires basic troubleshooting
knowledge to operate the machine safely and has to perform
preventative maintenance.
Engineer
– Engineer requires higher level training and ability to
understand the concept of machine operation. Monitor machine
performance, configure parameters/recipe, perform calibration, lockout
tagout and installation are their responsibility.
Administrator
– Administrator has full access to the system and has
right to change the touch screen configuration settings.
