A Hand Held
Blow-off Wand
(Option 1M)
A hand held blow-off gun with manual shut-off
valve connected to a pressure regulator within
cabinet. A ¼” female connection provided out rear of
module. Gun assembly and 12’ coil hose assembly
stored on hook within cabinet.
Resistivity
Monitor
(Option 1O)
A digital resistivity monitor/ controller with
o
0-20 Megohms-cm monitoring range.
o
½ in./13mm 31/2 Digit LCD.
o
Fully gasketed heavy-duty ABS for splashproof
and corrosion resistance. Rated IP65 / NEMA 4X.
A resistivity sensor with 316 stainless steel electrode,
½” NPT 316 stainless steel bushing with pressure /
temperature limits of 100 psi/690 kPa @ 212°F/100°C.
Include PLC readback, analog input module, low
alarm setting at HMI with. PLC will activate fill
solenoid in event low reading is recorded longer
than “x” amount of time.
Spray Rinse
(Option 1P)
Stationary spray rinse package, with:
One (1) set of parallel-opposed spray rinse headers
that are:
o
Fitted with removable nozzles.
o
Located near the top of the tank.
A solenoid valve on the incoming water line.
o
The solenoid is controlled via the PLC.
Air Knife
(Option 1Q)
Stationary Air Package, with:
One (1) set of parallel-opposed air headers that are:
o
Located near the top of the tank.
A solenoid valve on the incoming air line.
o
The solenoid is controlled via the PLC.

: Purchase of this option eliminates availability of
purchasing
Spray Rinse
option.
Weir Pump for
Cascade
(Option 1R)
Includes pump with flow control to previous rinse tank
fill port or sparger option. Pump controlled by level of
weir and flow control of tank.
