Heat Cont. Stay
Latching
Heater contactor is ON even though
PLC output is OFF.
This is a critical alarm. Machine system
power will be turned off for further
investigation.
Check the contactor condition. Replace
if faulty.

Low
Resistivity
Alarm
Rinse tank resistivity reading is
too low.
Required to fill tank with fresh DI
water to increase resistivity reading
or change fresh new cleaning bath.
Check resistivity probe sensor
condition.
Check resistivity meter setting.

Low Flowrate
Alarm
Incoming liquid flow rate has
dropped to below set point.
Check incoming water supply line.
Ensure water supply is sufficient.
Check flow meter setting.
Check if any blockage or leakage in the
pipe line. Perform maintenance if
necessary.

Filter Choked
Alarm
Filter cartridge is choked
Check filter condition. Replace if it is
dirty.
Check differential pressure gauge and
reed switch condition. Ensure it is
working well and setting is correct.

High pH Level
Alarm
pH reading is too high.
Check pH meter setting.
Check pH probe sensor condition.
Check cleaning liquid condition. Add
some DI water or proper solution.
Change new cleaning liquid if
necessary.

Low pH Level
Alarm
pH reading is too low.
Check pH meter setting.
Check pH probe sensor condition.
Check cleaning liquid condition. Add
some DI water or proper solution.
Change new cleaning liquid if
necessary.
