Conductivity
Alarm Conductivity is too high.
Check conductivity meter setting.
Check conductivity probe sensor.
Required to fill tank with fresh DI
water to decrease conductivity
reading.
Drain and fill with fresh new DI water
or cleaning solution.

Conductivity
Alarm Conductivity is too low.
Check conductivity meter setting.
Check conductivity probe sensor.
Required to fill tank with fresh DI
water to decrease conductivity
reading.
Drain and fill with fresh new DI water
or cleaning solution.
Main PLC
Offline Error
Communication between consoles
PLC with main PLC error.
Check Ethernet connections of the
console PLC to Ethernet switch if want
to run the console with automation
system.
Go to the affected Station Touch
Screen. Login as Engineer and enter
Misc. screen. Press to change the
button caption under Mode Selection
to “LOCAL” and reset the alarm if user
wants to run the console standalone.
