Perform PM for Wye-Strainer (Optional Item)
Wye-Strainer is used to catch big particles especially water from factory inlet.
The use of wye-strainer will prevent blockage inside plumbing and avoid
damage to the pump.

Description

Power OFF the system.

Place a container below the Wye-strainer.

Close isolation valves immediately.
(Refer to plumbing drawing for more detail)

Unscrew the plug slowly to prevent water spillage.

Remove the plug slowly.

Clean the net (attach to plug) with clean DI water.

Fasten the plug back and tighten it.
8
Open all closed isolation valves and switch ON the system.

Ensure not water leaking out from Wye-strainer. If so, redo plumbing
work.

General Check
Step
Description
1
Visually inspect all piping connections for leaks. Repair as required.
2
Visually inspect pump seal. Replace if there are signs of leaking.
