Button
Description
[Login]
Press to login as authorized user. A virtual keypad
will prompt when this button is pressed.
[Logout]
The [Logout] button is located on the top right of the
screen. Press to logout, and the user level will change
to Operator by default.
[Auto Screen]
Press to go to Auto Screen to select desired cleaning
recipe and to view cleaning process status of the
respective station. In this screen, system mode can be
changed – Auto or Manual.
[Alarm History]
Press to go to Alarm History screen to view
activated/deactivated alarms, mute and reset alarms
of the respective station.
[Recipe Setting]
Press to go to Recipe Setting screen to configure each
cleaning recipe process time (i.e. dwell time,
ultrasonic ON time and sonic power).
[Temperature
Control]
Press to go to Temperature Control screen to view
current temperature of the wash station and perform
change of temperature set point, alarm high, alarm
low values during cleaning process.
[Manual Function]
Press to go to Manual Function
screen to trigger and
monitor components of the wash station such as
heater, ultrasonic for assessment in troubleshooting.
