This cleaning system is equipped with single point connections for electricity as
well as stainless steel plumbing. Configurations for connections to the system
are stub-outs located at the rear-side of the console for interconnection to
facility. Required facilities connections will include power, DI water and drain.
It also utilizes an Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to
control ultrasonic generator switching function.
Each console has an operator control panel such as mushroom head non
lockable
[EMO]
button,
Main Disconnect
switch, HMI touch screen, buzzer,
[CYCLE START]
button located at the front of each station.
