At the NETWORK PORT SCREEN:
a) Select Network Port N.
b) Enter TILT, SET PONT, and OFFSET values if you know them,
otherwise leave in the default values. Refer to your cabling plan
for correct values.
Step 5
Repeat steps 1 through 4 for the next eROADM. The NE is ready to
be provisioned. Refer to the FSP 3000R7

tions Manual
for procedures on provisioning eROADM cross connec-
tions.

Note
Setting the N port IN SERVICE creates the VCH entities. VCH entities
are required for setting up cross connections.

At this point, you have the option of entering TILT, SET POINT, and
OFFSET values or leaving in the default values. These values can be
changed at a later time when setting up cross connections.
