TEST 20 - AFTER ENGINE STOP
1.1
Open the engine cowlings 43AL and 43AR.
1.2
Remove the engine cowlings 42AT and 42AB.
1.3
Examine all fuel and oil lines for the signs of leaks. None are permitted on the engine or the pipework
that is connected to it. The only leakage permitted is from the accessory drains (Refer to P&WC EMM
71-00-00, Post-shutdown checks for permitted leakage rates).
1.4
Check the engine oil level and fill as necessary, refer to AMM 12-B-12-10-03-00A-902A-A.
1.5
Make sure all accessories installed on the engine are correctly attached.

WARNING
HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL CAUSE INJURY. USE PROTECTIVE GLOVES TO DO THE CHECK
ON THE OIL-TO-FUEL HEATER.
Check the oil-to-fuel heater in less than 15 minutes after the engine stops for a high operating
temperature (refer to P&WC EMM 73-10-01, Adjustment/Test).

Install the engine cowlings 42AT and 42AB.

Close the engine cowlings 43AL and 43AR.
