Cut the wire 1H77A22 at the splice SP 121 and the wire 1H78A22 at the splice SP 123.
2.6.2
Remove the caps from the ends of the wires from the spare sensor.
2.6.3
Connect the wires 1H77A22 and 1H78A22 to the spare sensor wires with the new Splice , SP 121 and
SP 123.
2.6.4
Connect the pilot de-ice controller electrical connector A111P1 to the de-ice controller.
2.6.5
Do the operational test of the windshield de-ice system, refer to AMM 12-B-30-40-00-00A-903A-A.
2.7
If there is no continuity through the co-pilot windshield temperature sensor, refer to the related wiring
diagram and:
2.7.1
Cut the wire 2H78A22 at the splice SP 122 and the wire 2H77A22 at the splice SP 120.
2.7.2
Remove the caps from the ends of the wires from the spare sensor.
2.7.3
Connect the wires 2H78A22 and 2H77A22 to the spare sensor wires with the new Splice , SP 122 and
SP 120.
2.7.4
Connect the co-pilot de-ice controller electrical connector A112P1 to the de-ice controller.
2.7.5
Do the operational test of the windshield de-ice system, refer to AMM 12-B-30-40-00-00A-903A-A.
2.8
If there was continuity through the pilot and copilot windshield temperature sensors, connect the
electrical connector A111P1 to the pilot de-ice controller and the electrical connector A112P1 to the
co-pilot de-ice controller.
2.9
Do the operational test of the windshield de-ice system, refer to AMM 12-B-30-40-00-00A-903A-A to
identify which windshield de-ice system is defective.
2.10
If the pilot windshield de-ice is defective, replace the pilot windshield de-ice controller, refer to AMM
12-B-30-40-01-00A-920A-A.
2.11
If the co-pilot windshield de-ice is defective, replace the co-pilot windshield de-ice controller, refer to
AMM 12-B-30-40-01-00A-920A-A.

Do the operational test of the windshield de-ice system, refer to AMM 12-B-30-40-00-00A-903A-A.
3.2
Remove all the equipment, tools and materials from the work area. Make sure that the work area is
clean.
3.3
Install the left or right bottom sidewall panel, refer to AMM 12-B-25-10-03-00A-920A-A.
