Installation
Note
to the bolts before you install them.
3.1
If you removed the bushes, clean the bushes Figure 1 [2], Figure 1 [7], Figure 1 [15] and Figure 1 [20].
3.2
Install the bushes Figure 1 [7] and Figure 1 [15] in the fittings.
3.3
Hold the main-gear door Figure 1 [6] in position on the structure and install the two bushes Figure 1 [2]
and Figure 1 [20] and bolts Figure 1 [1] and Figure 1 [21].
3.4
Install the bonding lead Figure 1 [19] on the bolt Figure 1 [21].
3.5
Install the two washers Figure 1 [18] and Figure 1 [3] and nuts Figure 1 [4] and Figure 1 [17].
3.6
If you removed the bush Figure 1 [11] install it in the door fitting Figure 1 [10].
3.7
Connect the rod Figure 1 [14] to the fitting Figure 1 [10] with the bush Figure 1 [9], bolt Figure 1 [8],
washer Figure 1 [12] and nut Figure 1 [13].
3.8
Safety the nuts Figure 1 [4] and Figure 1 [17] with new Cotter pin Figure 1 [5] and Figure 1 [16].
3.9
Remove the safety clip and close the circuit breaker:
−
LDG GEAR PWR (RH POWER JUNCTION BOX).
3.10
Do the rigging of the main landing gear doors, refer to AMM 12-B-32-10-00-00A-903B-A .
3.11
Do the functional test of the extension and retraction system, refer to AMM 12-B-32-30-00-00A-903B-
A.
3.12
Remove all the equipment, tools and materials from the work area. Make sure that the work area is
clean.
3.13
Lower the aircraft to the ground and remove the jacks, refer to AMM 12-B-07-10-00-00A-901A-A.
