If a new wing is installed, do a check of the alignment and symmetry, refer to AMM 12-B-05-50-06-
00A-282A-A.
3.2
Remove the caps and install the two forward de-ice pipes Figure 8 [1] and Figure 8 [2] between the
wing and the fuselage.
3.3
Connect the emergency landing-gear release-cable to the left main-gear actuator, refer to AMM 12-B-
32-30-01-00A-920B-A.
3.4
Install the left wing tip, refer to AMM 12-B-57-33-00-00A-920B-A.
3.5
Remove the jack and trestle from the right wing.
3.6
Remove the rigging pin Figure 4 [16] from the left aileron bellcrank Figure 4 [13].
3.7
Connect the aircraft batteries:

Lead acid batteries, refer to AMM 12-B-24-30-07-00A-920A-A
−
Ni-Cad batteries, refer to AMM 12-B-24-30-07-00A-920B-A
−
Heated Ni-Cad batteries, refer to AMM 12-B-24-30-07-00A-920C-A.

Do the adjustment/test of the emergency gear extension system, refer to AMM 12-B-32-30-10-00A-
903A-A.

Do the functional test of the landing gear extension and retraction system, refer to AMM 12-B-32-30-
00-00A-903B-A.

Bleed the brake system, refer to AMM 12-B-32-40-00-00A-902A-A.

Do the functional test of the airfoil de-ice system, refer to AMM 12-B-30-10-00-00A-903A-A or 12-B-
30-10-00-00A-903B-A.

Do the check of the stick pusher system, refer to AMM 12-B-22-20-00-00A-903A-A.

Do a pitot system leak test, refer to AMM 12-B-34-11-00-00A-903A-A.

Do the functional test of the flap system, refer to AMM 12-B-27-50-00-00A-903A-A.
3.15
Do the functional test of the ailerons, refer to AMM 12-B-27-10-00-00A-903A-A.

Lower the aircraft from jacks, refer to AMM 12-B-07-10-00-00A-901A-A.
3.17
MSN 1300, 1451 – 1575.
Remove the bolts Figure 6 [10], washers Figure 6 [9] and nuts Figure 6 [8]
from the two fuselage jacking points Figure 6 [11]. Put the straps Figure 6 [12] in position on the jack
points Figure 6 [11] and install the four bolts Figure 6 [10], washers Figure 6 [9] and nuts Figure 6 [8].
MSN 1576 – 9999.
Remove the bolts Figure 7 [10] and Figure 7 [12], washers Figure 7 [9] and
Figure 7 [13] and nuts Figure 7 [8] and Figure 7 [14] from the two fuselage jacking points Figure 7 [11].
Put the two fuselage jack fittings Figure 7 [11] and the two aft bolts Figure 7 [12] into the Wing
removal/installation kit, MSN 1001 - 9999 (Pt.No. T57-010). Install the original aft bolts (removed and
kept during wing removal) and the existing forward bolts Figure 7 [10], the washers Figure 7 [9] and
Figure 7 [13] and the nuts Figure 7 [8] and Figure 7 [14].
Note
The longer bolt is installed in the two forward holes, the shorter bolt in the two aft holes.
3.18
Do the test of fuel balancing system, refer to AMM 12-B-28-21-00-00A-903A-A.
3.19
Examine all the fuel pipes, that were removed and disconnected, for leaks. No leaks are permitted.
3.20
Install the fuel pipe covers Figure 3 [7] with the screws Figure 3 [6] and washers Figure 3 [5] in the left
landing gear compartment.
3.21
Position the electrical cable and secure with the Cable tie (Pt.No. P09-008).
