3.5.12
If the coupling Figure 2 [8] is not installed on the support Figure 2 [5]:
3.5.12.1
Apply a small amount of Adhesive (Pt.No. P08-017) to the threads of the coupling Figure 2 [8].
3.5.12.2
Apply a small amount of Activator (Pt.No. P08-072) to the threads of the nut Figure 2 [3].
3.5.12.3
Install the coupling Figure 2 [8] in the support Figure 2 [5] with the washer Figure 2 [4] and the nut
Figure 2 [3].
3.5.13
Install the pipe Figure 2 [2] between the existing compressor wash ring fitting Figure 2 [1] and the
coupling Figure 2 [8].
3.5.14
Align the pipe Figure 2 [2] so that it does not contact other items, then tighten the nuts on the pipe
Figure 2 [2].
3.5.15
Install the protective cap Figure 2 [9] on the coupling Figure 2 [8].
3.5.16
Safety the protective cap Figure 2 [9] to the coupling Figure 2 [8] with the clip and the lanyard on the
