3.2.7 Turn the proximity switch Figure 1 [13] clockwise or counter-clockwise until there is a gap of 0,5 mm
(0.02 in) between the face of the proximity switch Figure 1 [13] and the MLG door Figure 1 [1].
3.2.8 Tighten the two locknuts Figure 1 [12].
3.2.9 Remove the safety clip and close this circuit breaker:
− LDG GEAR PWR (RH POWER JUNCTION BOX).
3.2.10 Extend the landing gear.
3.2.11 Open and install a Safety clip (circuit breaker hold open) (Pt.No. T12-030) on this circuit breaker:
− LDG GEAR PWR (RH POWER JUNCTION BOX).
3.2.12 Safety the two locknuts Figure 1 [12] with Lockwire (Pt.No. P02-007).
3.2.13 Install the left and right main wheels, refer to AMM 12-B-32-40-01-00A-920A-A.
3.2.14 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
3.2.15 Remove the safety clip and close this circuit breaker:
− LDG GEAR PWR (RH POWER JUNCTION BOX).
3.2.16 Do the functional test of the extension and retraction system, refer to AMM 12-B-32-30-00-00A-903B-
A.
3.3 Close Up
3.3.1 Make sure the landing gear is set to DOWN.
3.3.2 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
3.3.3 Lower the aircraft to the ground and remove the jacks, refer to AMM 12-B-07-10-00-00A-901A-A.
4 Adjustment Of The Weight-On-Wheels Proximity Switches
4.1 Preparation
This procedure is applicable to the left and right weight-on-wheels proximity switches.
4.1.1 Lift the aircraft clear of the ground on jacks, refer to AMM 12-B-07-10-00-00A-901A-A.
4.1.2 Open and install a Safety clip (circuit breaker hold open) (Pt.No. T12-030) on this circuit breaker:
− LDG GEAR PWR (RH POWER JUNCTION BOX).
4.2 Procedure
4.2.1 Remove the lockwire from the two locknuts Figure 1 [4].
4.2.2 Lift the main wheel on a jack until the target Figure 1 [5] is below the proximity switch Figure 1 [3],
refer to AMM 12-B-07-10-00-00A-901A-A.
4.2.3 Loosen the two locknuts Figure 1 [4].
4.2.4 Turn the the proximity switch Figure 1 [3] clockwise or counter-clockwise until there is a gap of 2 mm
(0.079 in) between the face of the proximity switch Figure 1 [3] and the target Figure 1 [5].
4.2.5 Tighten the two locknuts Figure 1 [4].
4.2.6 Safety the two locknuts Figure 1 [4] with Lockwire (Pt.No. P02-007).
4.2.7 Lower the main wheel and remove the jack, refer to AMM 12-B-07-10-00-00A-901A-A.
