Note
Testing the air data system can give CAS status messages (e.g. Aircraft Exceedance). To remove this
CAS message do the ACMF Download/Clear Logs, refer to AMM
12-B-45-45-00-00A-551A-A
.
Note
A design change not authorised by Pilatus (for example an STC) requires a full functional test of the
ADS-B system as per AMM 34-54 ATC TRANSPONDER ADS-B OUT, if that option is installed.

Load the Certification File
Note
Do this procedure when an ADAHRS unit is replaced.
2.1
Connect the Maintenance box (Pt.No. T45-005) to the Maintenance Panel.
2.2
Energize the aircraft electrical system, refer to AMM 12-B-24-00-00-00A-901A-A.

Wait two minutes after the ADAHRS self test to let the ADAHRS unit warm up.

Power up the laptop computer.

Refer to AMM 12-B-00-00-00-00A-106A-A for the software part numbers and hardware compatibility.
Put the KSG 7200 Certification Files CD-ROM in the laptop computer CD-ROM drive or download the
Certification File from Aerospace Software and Data Services (ASDS).
Note
To download the Certification File from Honeywell Aerospace Software and Data Services, an account
on https://aerospace.honeywell.com is required. The file can be found under Software & Data Services
ASDS/ Go to my downloads. On the tab Refine Product, select under Purchase Category: FOC and
under A/C Model select PC-12. Download the applicable Certification File.

On the laptop computer, click on the Start icon and select "ProgramFiles/
KSG7200_Maintenance_Program/KSG_7200_Maintenance_Program".

Set the appropriate COMM Port setting on the laptop computer.

Click on the START MAINTENANCE button.
Note
If the software cannot establish communication between the ADAHRS and the laptop computer, the
screen will show a box "Maintenance Mode Operation Not Allowed". If you see this, make sure that the
Sub-D cable is connected and that the correct COMM Port is set on the laptop computer.

Make sure the laptop computer screen shows the CHOOSE ITEM TO VIEW screen.

Click on the AIRCRAFT INSTALLATION SETUP button.

Click on the LOAD KSG 7200 CERTIFICATION FILE button.

Click CLOSE. The field maintenance program will close and the ADAHRS loader program will be
shown on the laptop computer screen.
2.14
Click on the KSG 7200 DUAL CHANNEL ADAHRS button. The Code Select Menu will appear.
2.15
Select the CERTIFICATION FILE and click OK. The file select screen will appear.
2.16
Load the correct Certification File.
