Tilting-axis error
Before determining the tilting-axis error, the instrument has to be:
•
levelled up using the electronic level
•
protected from direct sunlight
•
acclimatised to the ambient temperature, approximately 2 minutes per °C
difference compared to the storage place.
•
The horizontal collimation error must be determined before.
