Other Convenient Functions
Answering call automatically with
earphone connected <Auto answer>
If you receive an incoming call when you connect
the flat type earphone/microphone set with switch,
you can set whether to answer the call
automatically after the specified ring time.
When a voice or videophone call is automatically
answered, the voice of the other party is heard
from the connected earphone/microphone.

This function is unavailable to incoming calls
during another call.

This function is not available in Public mode.

Auto answering:
Set whether to automatically answer while a
flat type earphone/microphone set with
switch is connected.
Delayed time (Sec):
Set time before automatically answering an
incoming call in the range of 0-120 seconds.
INFORMATION

When a videophone call has been answered by Auto
answer, the substitute image set in Image setting
(Videophone image) is sent and a videophone call is
automatically started.

The same time period cannot be set for both Delayed
time for Auto answer and greeting response time of
Answer machine.
･
With Delayed time set within the time of Ring alert
delay, Auto answer does not operate when a call is
received from a caller not saved in Phonebook.
Hearing the ring tone only through the
earphone <Alert preference>
By connecting the flat type earphone/microphone
set with switch, you can set to hear the ring tone
through both headset and speaker or only through
the headset.

Even when you set to "Headset only", you will hear
the ring tone only through Headset first, but ring tone
sounds through speaker as well if you do not answer
the call for about 20 seconds.
Quick start-up
Shortening start time after
power-ON
You can set whether to shorten the start-time after
turning ON the FOMA terminal.

The FOMA terminal is started normally even when
Quick start-up is set to "ON".
- When the remaining battery level is 2 or lower
- When the battery pack is removed and installed
- When 24 hours elapse after the terminal is turned OFF

Confirming current settings of

This function allows you to confirm FOMA
terminal settings.

items are displayed as "---".
