INFORMATION

When the FOMA terminal is folded in the following cases, the call continues regardless of setting in this function:

- When a flat type earphone/microphone set with switch (optional) is connected.

- When a handsfree-compatible device is connected and the setting is made to emit sounds from the connected device.

- When a message is being recorded by Answer machine.

･

When FOMA terminal is folded during a videophone call with "Continue (mute)" set, a substitute image set in

Substitute image is sent to the other party. Frames already sent, if any, are canceled.

･

When FOMA terminal is folded while recording voice memo while talking or Movie memo, operations are

performed according to these settings. With "On-hold" set, the contents recorded until the time immediately

before holding are saved.

To make settings during a voice call, press

and select "Terminal close".

Listen Volume

Adjusting volume of the other party's voice during a call

You can set the volume of the other party's voice in "Level 1" (Lowest volume) - "Level 6" (Highest
volume).

I

Volume setting also applies to the playback volume of recorded messages and voice memos.

I

The ring volume changed during a call is kept in effect even when the power is turned OFF.
