Phonebook
Searching person frequently talked with or sent mail to/received mail from
<Search by freq>
In the FOMA terminal phonebook, total number of calls, date and time of last call, total number of
messages, and date and time of last message are recorded for each phonebook entry. Based on the
information, phonebook entries can be sorted by the number of calls that took place (Call rank log) and by
the number of i-mode mail messages exchanged (Mail rank log).

The total number of calls and messages are counted up to 9,999.

When the phone number or mail address saved in Phonebook is entered directly, number of calls and
messages are also counted.

PushTalk communications are not counted.

The total number of calls is the number of calls made or received and the total number of mail is
the number of messages sent or received up to the present after the purchase or the last reset.
Counting is started with the calls made/received or i-mode mail sent/received after the phonebook
data is saved in the FOMA terminal phonebook.

When the total number of calls or total number of mail is the same, the entries are displayed in
the following order of the reading:

Japanese syllabary order
b
Alphabetical order
c
Number
d
Entries starting with blanks
e
Symbol
f
No reading

Follow the steps below to reset Total calls, Time of last call, Total messages, and Time of last mail
stored in the FOMA terminal phonebook to the default settings.
Searching by phonebook number <Ph book No. search>
Follow the steps below to search for a phonebook entry by specifying its entry number from the FOMA
terminal phonebook.
