Safety Settings

Once authentication is performed to use the function set to "Authorized access" during Privacy mode ON, no more
authentication is required before retuning to the stand-by display. The same situation occurs when using multiple
functions set to "Authorized access".
<Example> When sending an image saved in My Picture through message attachment in Privacy mode (with
"Authorized access" set for Phonebook & Logs and My Picture), authentication is not required to
display Phonebook on a mail creation screen because it is carried out when displaying My Picture.
Receive display
Disabling display of a caller's or sender's name, etc.
of a call or mail received
You can set whether to display information such as a name when receiving a call or mail from
a party saved in the phonebook or PushTalk phonebook.

Receiving call, show : Set whether to display a name and phone number when receiving a voice or
videophone call or PushTalk call (including during communications).

When "Privacy mode" is set with Phonebook & Logs of Privacy mode
already set to "Authorized access", no name appears regardless whether or
not Privacy mode is active.

When "Phone Name" is set, a phone number and name appear
for an incoming voice or videophone call. Only a name appears for an
incoming PushTalk call (including during communications).
Receiving message, show
: Set how to display results of mail reception.

When "Privacy mode" is set with Phonebook & Logs of Privacy mode already
set to "Authorized access", no name appears regardless whether or not Privacy
mode is active. If Mail in Privacy mode is set to "Authorized access", the
reception result ticker shows only a message indicating message reception.

When "Ticker" is set, the reception result ticker shows only a message
indicating mail reception.
･
When "No ticker" is set, no reception result ticker appear.
INFORMATION

When there is an incoming call during Secret mode OFF from a party with secret attribute set, a phone number
appears even if displaying a name is set in this function.

If an image not in "Preinstalled" folder is set for schedule, it operates as specified in
default settings.

Still images or movies with frames cannot be shot.

Even when data items in FOMA terminal phonebook are copied or backed up to the
microSD memory card, still images set in the FOMA terminal phonebook will not be
copied or backed up.

If a sound not in "Preinstalled" folder is set for alarm or schedule, it operates as specified
in Alarm clock sound or Schedule sound of Alarm sound. If data not in "Preinstalled"
folder is set for these settings, operations are carried out as specified in default settings.

Tickers cannot be edited immediately after recording a movie.

On a Calendar of customized stand-by display, a red mark indicating that a Schedule is
set does not appear in the upper right of a date. In addition, a day set as holiday by days
off does not appear in red; it is reset to default settings.
