When the memory is not enough or the maximum
number of saved items is reached, a confirmation
screen is displayed asking whether to delete. To save
the PDF data, follow the instruction on the screen and
delete unnecessary PDF data.

PDF data attached to a sent mail can be operated in
the same way.
