Talking over PushTalk call
2 parties can make a PushTalk session by entering a phone number or using the FOMA terminal phonebook
or UIM phonebook.

When the recipient answers the call, a connecting tone sounds and PushTalk call starts using the
speakerphone function.

In Silent mode, the earpiece is used for answering regardless of settings in P-Talk speakerphone.

To make a call using the speakerphone function when P-Talk speakerphone is "OFF" or in Silent
mode, press
P
for 1 second or more.

When the floor is taken, the taking floor sound is heard and "Myself" is displayed in the speaker field.

While the receiver holds the floor, pressing

causes floor taking failure sound to be emitted and
you are not given the floor.

While making calls/talking on the phone, you can switch the speakerphone function ON/OFF by
pressing

.

During a PushTalk session, folding FOMA terminal switches the speakerphone function to "ON".
･
For the speaker, the charging of PushTalk communication fee begins when the taking floor sound
is heard.

INFORMATION
･
To make PushTalk calls, operate FOMA terminal in open state. You cannot make a PushTalk call with the FOMA
terminal folded.
･
Time per keeping taking the floor is limited. When the floor is taken for a long time, the floor release notice sound
is heard and the floor is released.
･
When none of the members speaks for a predetermined period of time during a PushTalk session, the session is
stopped and the stand-by display appears.
･
You cannot make emergency calls (110, 119 and 118) using PushTalk.
･
PushTalk calls can be made using Quick dial to the parties with phonebook number 0-99 in FOMA terminal
phonebook. Entering phonebook number and pressing
P
makes a PushTalk call to the phone number when saved
in the PushTalk phonebook or to the first phone number of the phonebook entry when not saved in the PushTalk
phonebook.
Making a PushTalk call under set conditions <Call option>
Notify/Not notify caller ID can be set each time making a PushTalk call.
