estimated time that FOMA terminal can receive
signals normally. The call and stand-by times
may be about half depending on factors such as
the battery charging condition, function settings,
operating environment such as ambient
temperature, and signal condition in the area of
use (whether the signal is weak or absent).

Stationary continuous stand-by time indicates
the average utilization time FOMA terminal is
folded and able to receive signals normally
